Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., monogrammed bags) are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  2. Receive Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product within 7 days of approval, using a trackable carrier. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspection: We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and notify you of the refund or exchange status.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds exclude any customs duties or taxes paid.

Exchanges
