We want you to love your Vozik products. If you’re not satisfied, this Return Policy explains how to return or exchange eligible items.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Items must include all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., monogrammed bags) are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email support@thevozik.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the product within 7 days of approval, using a trackable carrier. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Inspection: We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and notify you of the refund or exchange status.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds exclude any customs duties or taxes paid.
Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different color or style), contact us to confirm availability. You’ll cover shipping costs for the new item unless the original was defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover all costs for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Custom or personalized products, unless defective.
